Quick facts about me
✦ My dedication to the job is full time. Interpreting, translating, helping companies, organisations and people talk to each other. This is what I do.
✦ I can pack a bag in no time. I’m also great at packing my friends’ bags: I’ve been tasked with overseeing a backpacking-through-South-America trip in 2023, and fit three months’ worth of stuff in a 40L backpack. Yeah.
✦ I currently work between Italian and English, and from Spanish. There’s another language I’m slowly but surely getting familiar with, but it’s still a secret for now.
✦ I graduated with Honours (BA), and then Summa Cum Laude (MA) from IULM University, Milan, in Conference Interpreting and Specialised Translation. Between my first degree and my specialisation, I lived in Edinburgh, Scotland for two years. If you’re planning a trip to Scotland’s capital city, I can give you a few pointers.
Solution-oriented, professional
As an interpreter and language consultant, I believe in making it work. If the room doesn’t have space for booths, there’s a solution. If you prefer consecutive interpreting to be delivered more discretely, there’s a solution.
If your international event comes with the need to translate documents or reports, I can work it out.
And if you have already worked with me and you need consulting or interpreting for languages outside of my combination, it’s likely that I know a trusted colleague that can cover those languages.
